Healthy but careful

Pregnancy brings up a lot of questions. As a general rule: your body will let you know what is possible and what is not. As long as you feel healthy and do not experience any complications, you can continue your life at the usual pace. Give yourself time for more peace and quiet if your body needs it.

You should also take certain precautions regarding drugs, sports and nutrition during your pregnancy. We will tell you what you should be careful about during your pregnancy.
